About The Position

Join an established outpatient family medicine clinic serving a diverse and growing patient population in Casa Grande, Arizona. Providers work alongside experienced physicians and a dedicated clinical support team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families while practicing in a supportive outpatient setting. You'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute sick visits, and health maintenance. Your day will include evaluating patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, conducting annual wellness exams, managing ongoing health concerns, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. You'll work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff while maintaining the autonomy to manage your own patient panel. Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain
  • Current BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Perform preventive health examinations and annual wellness visits
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment and care plans
  • Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions
