About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, highly regarded health center in Austin, Texas to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This organization serves multiple counties across Central Texas and is recognized among the top 20% of health centers in the United States. This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven team providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment.

This established health center operates 27 clinics and employs over 700 team members across Central Texas. Services include family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health, dental, vision, and more—providing a fully integrated approach to patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Eligible for Texas licensure
• Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual care
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage patient care both in-person and through virtual visits
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
