About The Position

SynergenX, Low T Center, and HerKare are seeking a Float Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to support their North Houston clinics. This role offers an opportunity for a flexible and motivated provider to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple locations, including Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress. The provider will offer clinical coverage based on scheduling and clinic needs, performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns, and supporting various wellness programs. This position requires adaptability, dependability, and the ability to maintain a consistent standard of care while transitioning between different clinic teams. The role involves collaborating with Clinic Directors, Medical Directors, and management teams, providing coverage for provider absences, and building strong relationships with multiple clinic teams.

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required)
• Current DEA registration (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
• Ability and willingness to travel between North Houston clinic locations
• Flexibility to work with different teams, schedules, and clinic environments
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Availability for required Saturday rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
• Float between our Kingwood, Atascocita, The Woodlands, Spring, Vintage Park, and Cypress locations as coverage is needed.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
• Collaborate closely with Clinic Directors, physician Medical Directors, operations, and management teams.
• Support wellness programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and additional services offered at select locations.
• Provide coverage for provider PTO, scheduled absences, and other clinic staffing needs.
• Build strong relationships with multiple clinic teams while delivering a consistent and positive patient experience.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling and clinic location assignments based on operational needs.
