About The Position
Future Focus Family Medicine, part of ASAS Health (powered by Alpine Physician Partners), is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to practice the way they trained. The role involves delivering compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population, partnering with a team of MAs, care coordinators, and clinical pharmacy support to close care gaps and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Meets ASAS credentialing standards
