About The Position

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established neonatology practice in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment while enjoying an exceptional Gulf Coast lifestyle. The position involves providing attending coverage at Cape Coral Hospital, a Level I low-risk delivery service, including daily newborn nursery rounding and delivery attendance. The role offers flexible scheduling with a 32-hour work week and is supported by a robust team of neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners at Golisano Children’s Hospital, which is affiliated with a state-of-the-art, 70-bed Level III NICU. Cape Coral Hospital is a community hospital within the Lee Health System, featuring a single-room maternity care model and recognized for its safety and Baby-Friendly® designation. Requirements

• Current APRN national specialty certification as an FNP
• Minimum of a master’s degree
