About The Position
Wellness Pointe is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to provide health care services to patients under the direction and responsibility of a physician. This role involves patient examination, comprehensive physical examinations, and compiling patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examinations. Wellness Pointe is a multifaceted clinic offering obstetrics, pediatrics, general medicine, family planning, vision, and dentistry, along with services for social issues impacting the community. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health insurance.
Requirements
- State of Texas License as a Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed to practice in jurisdiction as required by the State.
- Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
- Must be able to adhere to all client related policies and procedures including confidentiality.
- Must have 2 years experience in Women's Health
Nice To Haves
- General or community health medical experience.
- General or community health nursing experience.
