About The Position
Cornerstone Family Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help establish and grow a brand-new Urgent Care in Middletown, NY. This is a full-time position within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center focused on providing high-quality, comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare services. The provider will work as part of a two-person clinical team, delivering efficient, patient-centered care for acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan. This role is ideal for an experienced FNP or PA who is confident practicing independently and making sound clinical decisions in a same-day care environment.
Requirements
- NYS licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active DEA
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Current AHA BLS/CPR
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care)
- Ability to manage patients across the lifespan
- Strong clinical decision making and procedural skills
- Commitment to community health and underserved population
