About The Position
Grace Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing and successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program in a practice specialty.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and eligible for or currently certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
