About The Position

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time coverage at Wellstar Urgent Care - Cooper Lake in Smyrna, Georgia. The role involves clinical practice serving patients from newborns through geriatric patients and includes three 12-hour shifts per week. The provider will perform procedures such as incision and drainage, suturing minor lacerations, and foreign body removal.

Requirements

• Active or eligible for a Georgia State Medical License.
• 1–2 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities
