About The Position
SynergenX | Low T Center is seeking a confident, positive, and energetic Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) for a PRN (as-needed) position in Pineville, NC. This role focuses on providing patient care in a busy clinic setting, with a specialization in hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a natural relationship builder, and possess a positive attitude, enjoying connecting with patients and collaborating with a team. The position emphasizes personality and potential, valuing providers who are friendly, compassionate, tech-savvy, and reliable, contributing to an upbeat and welcoming patient experience.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered, and without disciplinary action.
- Current DEA license.
- Current Controlled Substance License.
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays in a 4-week month.
- Availability to work 3 Saturdays in a 5-week month.
- Availability for 10 consecutive weekdays of paid training (2 weeks) following clinic hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care while creating a welcoming, personal, and positive patient experience.
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans within established protocols.
- Educate patients about their health and treatment options.
- Build genuine relationships and trust with patients.
- Explain medical information clearly and in an easy-to-understand way.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Center Director.
- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Utilize electronic systems and technology for patient care management.
- Contribute to an upbeat and welcoming patient experience.
- Support the team during busy periods.
