About The Position

SynergenX | Low T Center is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is personable, approachable, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people. This role involves providing patient-focused care for individuals seeking hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness services. The ideal candidate will bring energy, build relationships, and make patients feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside the Medical Director and Center Director, educating patients, explaining medical information clearly, and collaborating with the clinic team to create a welcoming and positive patient experience. The position also requires efficient management of patient care using electronic systems and technology, and a willingness to support the team as needed.

Requirements

  • Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
  • Current DEA license
  • Ability to practice within your professional scope and applicable clinical protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must successfully complete our credentialing process
  • Must be available for 2 full weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday
  • Minimum 2 shifts per month
  • 3 Saturdays during months with 5 Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality patient care while helping create the kind of experience patients want to come back to.
  • Evaluate patients and developing treatment plans within established protocols.
  • Provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Educate patients about their health and treatment options.
  • Build genuine, trusting relationships with patients.
  • Explain medical information in a way patients can actually understand.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director, Center Director, and clinic team.
  • Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience.
  • Use electronic systems and technology to efficiently manage patient care.
  • Jump in and support the team when needed.
