Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 32 Hour Float
About The Position
Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA). This is a great opportunity for a provider who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and being part of a collaborative clinic team. As part of our candidate screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified with credentialing during screening prior to interviews. Please be prepared to provide this information as part of our standard practice is to verify the license and NPI taxonomy is within our scope of practice and active.
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered)
- Current DEA license
- Current OBNDD license
- Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours
Responsibilities
- Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
