About The Position

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care to children from infancy through adolescence in their Riverton, WY location. The role involves working in a typical outpatient clinic environment, with occasional work at other rural health clinic locations throughout central Wyoming. The mission of CHCCW is to provide affordable, high-quality patient care and comprehensive health services to residents of Central Wyoming, irrespective of income, with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of a recognized and accredited training program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
Must be able to demonstrate competency in the clinic skills necessary to perform a range of primary care services.
Licensure by the State of Wyoming and by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is required.
Successful completion of substance abuse testing as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to children from infancy through adolescence.
Perform a range of primary care services.
Periodically work at locations outside the office, including other rural health clinics.
