Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About The Position
At Primary Health Care Centers (PHC), we're searching for a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at Gilbert Elementary Clinic. If you're passionate about serving your community, enjoy practicing the full scope of primary care, and want to work for an organization driven by purpose, we'd love to meet you. As an FNP or PA, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You'll diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, educate patients, and help improve the health of our community. This position is based at our Gilbert Elementary Clinic, with occasional opportunities to assist at other PHC locations as needed.
Requirements
- Holds an active Georgia license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least two years of outpatient primary care experience
- Enjoys practicing independently while collaborating with an experienced healthcare team
- Is passionate about caring for underserved populations
- Values kindness, teamwork, and exceptional patient care
