This is a "Casual Employee" (per diem, hourly clinician role) position requiring 16-24 patient care hours per week. The role involves seeing patients in Kirkland with the flexibility to float to nearby clinics as needed. You will be responsible for seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role). You will treat patients in-office as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams, is expected. You will utilize your specific clinical training and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures. The role also requires willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

Requirements

At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
Board Certification.

Responsibilities
