About The Position
Low T Center is a growing healthcare organization seeking a Mid-Level Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, personalized care in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, confident, technologically savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented clinical setting. The provider will work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
- Current DEA license required
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
- Comfortable working with technology

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, supporting patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services.
- Manage hormone replacement therapy.
- Manage weight management.

- Address low libido and related wellness concerns.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients.
- Explain medical conditions and treatment plans in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Support clinic operations.
