About The Position

Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, or FNP) to join our growing team in Colorado. Our providers work closely with a physician medical director and Center Director to deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness-focused treatments. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical decision-making, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. You should also be technologically savvy, team-oriented, and able to communicate complex medical information in a clear and approachable way.

Requirements

Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
Current DEA license – REQUIRED
Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours.
Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with patients.
Comfortable explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans in easy-to-understand terms.
Strong teamwork and a patient-first mindset.
Must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month. In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services.
Manage patient care related to weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness-focused treatments.
Work closely with a physician medical director and Center Director.
Provide an exceptional patient experience.
Communicate complex medical information in a clear and approachable way.
