Recovia, LLC is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic located at 1910 East Southern Ave., Tempe, Arizona. Recovia, LLC offers a true integrative program where Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists collaborate to treat patients.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner
