About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a growing outpatient clinic in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $100,000 to $125,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a community-focused outpatient setting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through either: American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
  • Prescriptive authority in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care setting.
  • Experience providing comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR), healthcare information systems, and point-of-care technology.
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of preventive care, health promotion, and disease management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in community health, family medicine, or outpatient primary care settings.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
