About The Position

Family Navigator, Marysville CA Full-Time Youth For Change is a non-profit, public benefit organization licensed by the state of California to provide comprehensive treatment, education, and support services for our community. Summary The Family Navigator position is full-time and works out of our Marysville CA office. The basic purpose for this position is peer support and engaging families identified through the Yuba County Differential Response Services Program in services that strengthen and support the family. Surround each family with individualized activities to ensure optimal family function and child safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in applicable field (Ex: behavioral sciences, social worker, child development) and a minimum of two years of experience related to the activities related to this job position
  • AA Degree in applicable field (Ex: behavioral sciences, social work, child development) and a minimum of two years of experience related to the activities related to this job position
  • Will consider a combination of HS diploma and more than five years of case management experience working with children and families
  • Experience interacting with families, community-based organization, and county agencies
  • Possess a valid California Driver’s License with a clear driving record for the past three (3) years.
