About The Position

Doya Natsu Healing Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally responsive behavioral health services to youth, adults, and families. Requirements

  • Licensed in Wyoming (or equivalent) as: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAT/LPC, or Psychologist
  • Experience in family therapy and working with co-occurring disorders
  • Knowledge of DSM-5, ICD-10, and ASAM criteria
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills
  • Understanding of Native American cultural values and healing practices (Red Road)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • No felony or DUI convictions within the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 90 days)
  • Commitment to a recovery-oriented lifestyle

Responsibilities

  • Provide family-centered behavioral health services, including: Assessments and treatment planning, Individual, group, and family therapy, Family treatment curriculum facilitation, Follow-up and recovery support services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
  • Develop and manage family programming for youth and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health system
  • Deliver strength-based, culturally grounded care, incorporating traditional Native healing approaches
