The Family Mental Health Clinician provides behavioral health services to individuals experiencing homelessness who are staying at the Family Interim Non-Congregate Housing (FINCH). Working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, this role delivers direct behavioral health services to a diverse population, including assessments and crisis intervention. The Clinician supports individuals in addressing behavioral health concerns with the goal of achieving housing stability, increasing self-sufficiency, and improving overall quality of life. This is an in-person position that requires travel between various resource centers and shelters. There may be flexibility for occasional remote work with work plan approval from the Clinical Director.
