About The Position

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Huntley, Illinois, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. The physician will provide patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic health issues, and promote wellness and preventive care. The role offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment while working in a supportive, collaborative setting focused on high-quality care and work-life balance. The physician will join a team of five Family Medicine Physicians. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with one week of call every six weeks. The position includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals, hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock, nurse and certified medical assistant support, standard primary care equipment, onsite lab services, and the EPIC electronic health system.

Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine.
Valid Illinois medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
