Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
- DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Commitment to quality-driven, patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform annual wellness visits and preventive health screenings.
- Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other common primary care conditions.
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers as needed.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure continuity of care.
