Family Medicine Physician- Full-Time or Part-Time
About The Position
Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Medicine physician to join our team in Susanville, California. This is an outpatient primary care position providing care to patients of all ages. The typical clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per full clinic day. Full-time physicians may choose between four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Part-time schedules may also be considered. NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years. We are the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in Lassen County, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood. The physician will work alongside NRHC providers and clinical staff to provide ongoing primary care to patients in the Susanville community.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Current California medical license or ability to obtain one
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Ability to meet NRHC credentialing and privileging requirements
- Commitment to providing quality care to rural and underserved patients
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
- Work alongside NRHC providers and clinical staff to provide ongoing primary care to patients in the Susanville community.

- Full-time salary of $200,000–$269,000
