About The Position

One Medical is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Physician for its New Albany clinic in Columbus, Ohio. The physician will manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits for patients of all ages. Care is delivered in the office and testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits. The role includes use of clinical training to perform in-office procedures, ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, and collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams. The physician will supervise one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues and be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing to support One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Requirements

Be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
Have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+).
Be board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or be board eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of the One Medical start date.
Be licensed in Ohio before the One Medical start date.
Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care.
Be able to communicate successfully with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Be able to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities
