About The Position
Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Provider to join our team at Riverside Patriot Primary Care located in Yorktown, Virginia. We are expanding our Primary Care Network and actively seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians. As a member of our Primary Care team, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment, aligning with our mission to care for others as we would care for those we love.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Active Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current and valid DEA Registration
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Conduct comprehensive history and physical assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
- Coordinate care with specialists and other providers
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
- Demonstrate leadership in mentoring and supporting clinical staff
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions
