About The Position

Pearl Street Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-led outpatient practice in Eugene, Oregon, part of Praxis Health, the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network. This is a 100% outpatient Family Medicine role with no hospital responsibilities. The physician will focus entirely on building long-term relationships with a diverse patient panel, supported by experienced staff and strong specialist referral relationships.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Clinical competency in primary care patients across the lifespan
• Strong diagnostic and examination skills with working knowledge of pharmacology and medical guidelines
