About The Position
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. This opportunity is focused on adult-only patient care and requires a physician who can independently manage complex chronic conditions while maintaining strong patient relationships and clinical efficiency. Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience treating adult patient populations exclusively
- Strong competency managing chronic disease conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease)
- Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Stable and consistent clinical work history
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Jumpy or unstable employment history
- Lack of Family Medicine board certification/eligibility
- No experience managing adult-only patient panels
- Limited exposure to chronic disease management
- Poor documentation or EMR proficiency
- Inability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments

- Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently

- Clinicians experienced in team-based care models
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care and patient education focused on long-term health outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated care
