About The Position

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care practice in Pendleton, Oregon. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine training program
Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
DEA certification or ability to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to continuous quality improvement and high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Family Medicine services
Perform general health histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Interpret diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive care and health screenings
Educate patients regarding disease prevention and long-term health management
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
Manage patients with complex healthcare needs
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and coordinated patient care
