About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Huntington Park, California. This is an outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving a vibrant and diverse Los Angeles community. Physicians will have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining true work-life balance. The position offers earning potential exceeding $260,000 annually, a Monday through Friday schedule with zero nights or weekend call, and is an NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility. Requirements
- MD or DO REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Active California medical license REQUIRED
- Active DEA registration REQUIRED
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan
- Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and acute visits
- Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment
- Coordinate care plans, education, referrals, and follow-up services
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards
