About The Position

Join Partnership Health Center in our outpatient health center dedicated exclusively to serving Lycoming County employees and their families. We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Medical Director to provide exceptional patient care while leading the clinical operations of a modern primary care practice. Schedule: Full-Time 4-day work week 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Excellent work-life balance with no hospital call.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania medical license.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or Medical Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Lead and oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Promote preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on operational planning and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on outstanding patient outcomes.
• Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Utilize the electronic health record (EHR) to maintain accurate documentation.
