About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Family Medicine Physician to see patients across its suburban Chicago clinics, including Deerfield, Oak Brook Promenade, and Skokie - Old Orchard. The role involves 8–16 patient-care hours per week, with a weekly schedule that may include shifts at one or more clinic locations. Skokie - Old Orchard offers Saturday shifts as well as weekday shifts. The physician will care for patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care will take place in-office and occasionally by telehealth. The provider will collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training and perform in-office procedures, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states. One Medical describes its approach as human-centered primary care, supported by in-office and virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. The organization emphasizes using data to improve patient outcomes, effective use of technology, evidence-based care, teamwork, adaptability, and communication with patients and colleagues from all backgrounds. The hourly rate is $120. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits. Benefits eligibility for the listed regular-team-member package begins on the date of hire for regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents; the role is listed as 8–16 hours per week.
