About The Position

Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) | Full-Time Location: Seattle, Washington A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient network. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program ! Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, work-life balance, and practicing in a collaborative outpatient setting. Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Washington State medical license (or eligible)
  • Active/Eligible DEA registration
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care approach

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
