Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Eligible for hospital privileges
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient Family Medicine
- Experience providing inpatient care or an interest in maintaining hospital-based practice
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
- Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations
- Provide inpatient care as part of an integrated care model
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and hospital providers
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture
