About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Hammond, Indiana. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within a collaborative team-based clinical environment. The position offers a flexible scheduling structure, including an optional 3x12 schedule, supporting strong work-life balance. Physicians will benefit from strong administrative support, allowing them to focus on patient care. The workflow is stable and outpatient-only, with a manageable pace averaging approximately 2-3 patients per hour. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to outpatient primary care REQUIRED
- Interest in serving diverse and underserved patient populations REQUIRED
- Collaborative and team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
- Experienced physicians and strong new graduates welcome
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for adult and pediatric patient populations
- Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
- Maintain continuity of care within primary care setting
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary outpatient care environment
- Support underserved and diverse patient populations
