Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
Comfortable providing GYN care REQUIRED
Strong team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

Nice To Haves

OB participation welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient Family Medicine care for patients across all age groups
Manage preventative care, chronic disease treatment, and acute patient needs
Provide GYN care within outpatient setting
Optional OB participation available
Maintain patient documentation and care coordination workflows utilizing Athena EMR
Collaborate within team-based clinical environment focused on community health outcomes
