About The Position

The IMA Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a part-time, evaluation-focused role performing disability assessments. This position offers a predictable schedule with no treatment plans, prescribing, or ongoing patient management. The role involves conducting focused physical evaluations, reviewing medical records and diagnostic findings, and completing structured assessment reports through an efficient digital platform. Physicians choose this role for its flexible weekday schedule (1-2 days/week), no on-call, follow-ups, or hospital responsibilities, streamlined workflows, administrative support, and a consistent, low-stress clinical environment. It allows physicians to make an impact through meaningful assessment work while maintaining work-life balance. The IMA Group's Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies, while their Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers. Their Clinical Research Division performs Phase II-IV clinical trials.

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license
• Family Medicine background preferred
• Comfortable evaluating pediatric through geriatric populations
