About The Position
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cartersville, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative primary care team serving a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting. The practice environment is an outpatient clinic setting with a schedule supporting up to 21 patients per day, averaging approximately 16 patients daily. Medical interpreters are available for patient care. Major insurance credentialing is provided, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is not required prior to hire.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Three to five years of experience preferred
- Interest in serving a diverse patient population
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Supervise APPs within the practice
- Provide primary care in an outpatient FQHC setting
- Serve a diverse patient population
- Participate in a shared call rotation (approximately 1:6) for after-hours phone calls only
