About The Position
Baptist Primary Care Callahan is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their established practice. The physician will join two other physicians and advanced practice support. This role offers the advantage of a broad-based support system through Baptist Health to provide excellent patient care. The practice is located 20 minutes from Fernandina Beach and 15 minutes from Fernandina Beach Main Street.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible
- Active/unrestricted medical license
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients.
- Manage a patient panel with an average of 18-22 patients per day.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-oriented environment.
- Utilize the Epic EHR system for patient documentation and management.
- Participate in a shared call schedule.
