Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - Milltown Primary Care
About The Position
Munson Healthcare is seeking a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join Milltown Primary Care in Grayling, Michigan. The physician will work with experienced healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff to deliver care to patients and the community. This is an adult-only clinic with 1:1 medical assistant support and on-site Behavioral Health, Hearing, Physical Therapy, and Resource Coordination services. The position includes 36 hours of direct patient care per week, a Monday–Friday schedule, and rotated after-hours call coverage shared among 16 providers serving five practices. The clinic uses Oracle Health as its electronic health record.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for practice in Michigan.
- All employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella.
- Employees must receive an annual flu vaccine during the flu season, or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
