About The Position
An established urgent care facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is seeking a physician to provide care in a walk-in, non-emergency urgent care clinic serving patients of all ages. The facility has multiple providers and full support staff. The role uses the Experity EMR and includes no on-call status. Physicians see approximately 40–50 patients during a full shift. The schedule includes shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The described rotation alternates working blocks and days off.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee state license.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Active DEA registration.
- DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Registered with CAQH.
Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care to patients of all ages in a walk-in, non-emergency clinic.
- See approximately 40–50 patients during a full shift.
