Part-time Primary Care Family Medicine Academic Opportunity
About The Position
Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to work with Family Medicine residents in conjunction with their busy and growing practice. This role involves working with the Program Director to develop and implement continuing medical education. The ideal candidate is passionate about supervising, educating, mentoring, and evaluating Family Medicine Residents. This is a 0.5 FTE part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The employed outpatient practices utilize a hospitalist program for in-patient admissions. Physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work-life balance. The new multispecialty center in Kingston brings together primary care providers, OB/GYN, imaging, Rheumatology and Sports Medicine. The role is designed to help clinicians thrive clinically while maintaining a balanced lifestyle, with collaborative specialty support and minimal on-call obligations. The position is in a fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record. Requirements
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA.
- Successfully completed Family Medicine and be Board Certified.
- Compassionate, mission-driven physician dedicated to delivering comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population.
