The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a fully outpatient setting, supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education. Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Arizona medical license (or in process)
• DEA registration (or in process)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with annual wellness exams and managed care is highly valued
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a patient-first mindset are essential
• Cover Letter and references are preferred but optional

Responsibilities

• Perform annual wellness exams and provide preventive, acute, and chronic care
• Manage a diverse panel of patients across all ages
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Support managed care initiatives and quality programs
• Provide patient education to promote a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention
• Participate in practice-wide quality improvement efforts
