About The Position
Praxis Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their Albany Primary Care team in Albany, Oregon. This physician-led organization emphasizes compassionate care, provider support, and long-term sustainability. The role involves practicing in a collaborative, community-focused setting with an established patient panel, offering physician autonomy, clinical excellence, and work-life balance. The position is 100% outpatient with a 4-day workweek, averaging around 18 patients per day. There is light, shared call responsibilities, and no hospital call. The practice utilizes a value-based, relationship-centered care model within a collegial provider culture.
Requirements
- MD/DO
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care
- Attend work regularly and on time
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
