About The Position

Optimus Health Care, the largest provider of primary health care services in Fairfield County, is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join their team-based care model at their Stratford clinic. Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited Medical School.
• Completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine.
• Current Connecticut Licensure or application in process.
• Board Certified or Eligible to sit for exam.
• Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
