Family Medicine Physician - Residency Program Faculty - St. Cloud
About The Position
The University of Minnesota/CentraCare St. Cloud Family Medicine Residency program is seeking a Core Faculty Physician who is enthusiastic about preparing the next generation of physicians for practice. This role offers flexibility in Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) from 0.7 to 1.0 and allows for tailoring the position to align with the faculty member's strengths and interests, including areas such as osteopathic manipulative therapy, addiction medicine, lifestyle medicine, maternity care, rural medicine, quality improvement, and other areas that enhance the curriculum. The position involves teaching and guiding residents, providing clinical care, and dedicated time for program administration and curriculum development.
Requirements
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
- Experience as a Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities
- Engage in teaching and guiding residents in the clinic or the hospital (approximately 40% of time).
- Provide clinical care in our residency clinic (approximately 40% of time).
- Dedicated time for program administration and curriculum development (approximately 20% of time), including integration of our program’s training in lifestyle medicine.
- Share call responsibilities across the team at approximately 1:8.
