About The Position
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) or experienced NP/PA to join a community-based clinic serving patients throughout the surrounding community and families. This role offers excellent work-life balance with predictable Monday-Friday hours, no nights, no weekends, and no call. The typical patient volume is 16-18 patients per day, with each provider having 2 dedicated Medical Assistants. The practice focuses on full-scope Family Medicine, serving patients aged 3 and older.
Requirements
- MD/DO candidates with Family Medicine experience.
- NP/PA with a minimum of 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
- Must be highly independent and comfortable functioning as the sole provider onsite (for NP/PA role).
- California license/eligibility required.
Responsibilities
- Serve patients throughout the surrounding community and families.

- Provide full-scope Family Medicine care.
- See approximately 16-18 patients per day.
