About The Position

Requirements
- Experience working in a primary-care or family medicine environment
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical-reasoning skills with a focus on chronic-disease management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Active NP/PA license and DEA registration
