About The Position
Work in a full-service medical practice in western New York, providing comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages. This role partners with physicians and the care team to evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care and strong patient relationships.
Requirements
- Experience working in a primary-care or family medicine environment.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical-reasoning skills with a focus on chronic-disease management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
- Active NP/PA license and DEA registration.
